　　时光酿就醉美互助，岁月沉淀彩虹故乡。大家好！我是中共互助县委副书记、县长王国栋，很荣幸能够为大家介绍我的家乡、全国唯一的土族自治县——互助县。

互助：是一抹天边的彩虹

　　文化是一个民族的灵魂。互助作为全国土族人口最多、最为集中的地方，土族文化源远流长。其中最具代表的是土族盘绣、土族婚礼、土族服饰、土族轮子秋等9项国家非物质文化遗产。土族儿女的基因中，天生就带着对色彩的痴迷，尤以土族盘绣制作的七彩袖衫为最，“红、黄、蓝、绿、紫、黑、白”七色线条勾勒出独具特色的服饰文化，翻飞的七彩袖，伴随着悠扬的花儿和旋转的轮子秋翩翩起舞，就如同那挂在天边的彩虹，“彩虹故乡”因此得名。

互助：是一幅生态的画卷

　　山水之间，是一座城市的呼吸。互助的山水，是来自高天厚土的热情和奔放，彰显着高原特有的气度和情怀。祁连山支脉冷龙岭南域、达坂山北坡，镶嵌着如高原诗画般迷人的神韵北山，这是青海省保存最完好的天然森林资源之一，是青藏高原上最大的“动植物王国”，有着国家地质公园、国家森林公园、国家级水利风景区等一个个美丽的称号。高峡平湖南门峡、秘境松多与之遥相呼应，形成了森林与草原辉映、湖泊与湿地交融的高原胜景。全县森林覆盖率达44.2%，草原综合植被覆盖度达56.9%，是全国森林旅游示范县。

互助：是一杯醇香的美酒

　　互助的记忆里，装着一杯深情的青稞美酒。互助是全国最大的青稞酒生产和原产地保护基地，有着“开坛十里游人醉，驮酒千里一路香”的美誉。七百多年的酿造历史，让一粒粒金黄饱满的高原青稞升华成清香纯正、绵甜柔和的传世佳酿，天佑德、世义德、永庆和等八大作坊传承至今，享誉高原的青稞酒文化在这里历久弥香、成就经典。“敬上三杯青稞美酒”，这是土乡儿女对尊贵客人最深沉的祝福。

互助：是一方希望的沃土

　　独特的自然条件奠定了互助厚实的农牧业基础。作为青海省的农业大县，互助的耕地面积达到90余万亩，农产品以马铃薯、油菜、蚕豆、八眉猪、葱花鸡等为主。互助是全国最大的八眉猪保种基地、北方最大的杂交油菜制繁种基地、青海最大的脱毒马铃薯繁育基地和粮食生产及“菜篮子”基地。近年来，互助立足资源优势，在传统农业的基础上，提升发展了以露天蔬菜、菜薹、食用菌、草莓等特色农产品为主的现代农业，先后获评全国农村创业创新典型县、全国农村一二三产业融合发展先导区等荣誉，是首批入选全国农业现代化示范区和青海省唯一入选国家乡村振兴示范县的县区。新时代新征程，这方高原沃土，带着无限生机和活力，奔赴充满光荣与梦想的远征。

The beautiful Huzhu is brewed over time, as the vicissitudes is settled in the Hometown of Rainbows. Hello, everyone! I am Wang Guodong, the mayor and deputy secretary of the Huzhu County Party Committee. It is my honor to introduce to you my hometown, the only Tu Autonomous County in China -- Huzhu County.

Huzhu: It is a piece of rainbow in the sky

Culture is the soul of a nation. As a place with most Tu population in China and the locality of most concentrated Tu residents, the Tu ethnical culture here has a time-honored history, among which, the most representative ones are the 9 National Intangible Cultural Heritages, including Tu Ethnical Embroider, Tu Ethnical Wedding, Tu Ethnical Garments, and Tu Ethnical Acrobatic Wheel etc. The people of Tu ethnic are born to be talented in colors. Most typically it shows on 7-color Clothes made with Tu ethnical embroider. “Red, yellow, blue, green, purple, black and white”are the seven colors of strings to illustrate the unique dress culture. Performers in 7-color Clothes flying around the Tu Ethnical Acrobatic Wheel with local folk songs “Hua'er”, just look like the rainbow in the sky. That is how the name “Hometown of Rainbows” originated.

Huzhu: It is a picture of ecological beauty

The breathing of a town relies on its natural environment. The mountain and river of Huzhu are the passion and enthusiasm in its natural endowment, exhibiting its unique plateau grace and sentiments. The north hillside of Daban Mountain, in south part of Lenglong Mountain which is a branch of Qilian Mountains, has the picturesque and charming Beishan Hill. It is one of the best preserved natural forest resource in Qinghai Province and the largest “Habitat of Animals and Plants” on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. It has a number of honorable titles such as national geological park, national forest park, and national water conservancy scenic area etc. Together with the towering Nanmen Gorge of still water and the Mystery Songduo, they composed the great plateau sceneries of forest with grassland, and lake with wetlands. The forest coverage rate has reached 44.2%. The comprehensive grassland vegetation coverage has reached 56.9%. It is a state-level pilot county for forest tourism.

Huzhu: It is a cup of bouquet wine

A cup of lovable highland barley wine is contained in the memory of Huzhu. Huzhu is the largest production area and origin conservation base of highland barley wine in China. It is reputable with the praise of “All would be tipsy when the jar is opened, and its aroma reaches all pedestrians on its way of transportation”. With more than seven hundred years of brewery history, the full grains of highland barley are processed and distilled into aromatic and tasty legendary wine. There are eight brewery houses, such as Tianyoude, Shiyide, and Yongqinghe etc. inheriting the traditions generation by generation. The famous highland barley wine culture on the plateau generates its aroma and establishes as a classic. “Toasting with three cups of highland barley wine”, that’s the most genuine good wish to distinguished guests from descendants of Tu people.

Huzhu: It is a prospective and fertile land

Its unique natural conditions lay solid foundation for agriculture and husbandry. As a major agricultural county in Qinghai Province, Huzhu has more than 900 thousand acres of arable land, with potato, rape, broad bean, Bamei swine, and Conghua chicken as their major produces. Huzhu is the largest breed conservation base of Bamei swine in China, the largest hybrid rape seed production and breeding base in north China, the largest virus-free potato breeding base in Qinghai, and the grain producing and “vegetable basket” base. In recent years, based on their traditional agricultural sector and with their resources advantages, Huzhu has developed its modern agriculture, featured on open-air vegetable planting, flowering Chinese cabbage, edible fungus and strawberry etc. Huzhu County was consecutively awarded with honorable titles such as National Pilot County for Rural Business Innovation, National Pioneer County for Rural Integrated Development on Primary/Second/Tertiary Industries. It is among the first batch of counties awarded as the National Pilot County for Agricultural Modernization, and the only county in Qinghai Province awarded as the National Rural Revitalization Pilot County. In the new era and on the new journey, this piece of fertile plateau land is ready with ultimate vitality for the new missions of glory and ideals.
